Direct to Garment is quite new technology that makes it possible for us to print t-shirts and other clothing products with an unlimited amount of colours and designs. With no minimum order and such flexibility, this is ideal for those with highly detailed design work (like photographs), or those requiring small order volumes.
With Elite Art Lab , the results really are dependent upon the machinery being used and the quality can vary quite drastically. We use some of the best print technology in Europe, so you’re in safe hands. Additionally, unlike some, we’re able to Elite Art Lab onto dark colours as well as light, with supreme quality and vibrancy.
You can expect a soft to touch finish with Elite Art Lab, as the inks sit within the fabric rather than on top of it, leading to increased durability, making this ideal for fashion and retail. When printing onto dark colours, as a result of the base coat the print may be slightly raised.
If you have a design with just a few colours and need over 25 prints of that same design, it may be more economical to screen print your designs.

Direct To Garment Shirt Printing have come a long way in the past few years and can now print on black garments, cotton blends, and last countless washes. Elite Art Lab use a special textile ink which prints the ink directly onto a fabric that we pre-treat in house. These inks are absorbed by the fibers of the garment. Elite Art Lab are extremely precise in terms of color and photograph quality. With Digital Direct To Garment Shirt Printing you’re able to achieve unlimited colors and detail which screen printing was not able to achieve. ELITE Direct To Garment Shirt Printing does not have costly initial set up fee’s and minimums starting at 25 per design.

FABRIC DIFFERENCES

ELITE Direct To Garment Shirt Printing works best on 100% Cotton garments. While possible to print on certain blends including poly cotton blends, we recommend at least 65% cotton or more. Images may not print true to color on certain fabric blends or colors. We recommend to always order a sample per fabric and color prior to bulk on styles we have not pre-tested.

DUPONT® ECO-FRIENDLY HIGH QUALITY INKS

Our Digital Apparel Printing inks and were designed to achieve the highest level of quality available. The inks are specifically designed for numerous washes prior to fading or cracking. They work best on 100% cotton garments but can print on certain poly cotton blends and even a few tri-blends. We recommend ordering a sample on your desired garment prior to running a production as each fabric and color may react differently.
